Admission Contract Order for Re-Entry/Transfer within the RUDN University
A student’s reinstatement to a contract-based form of study is processed in the following cases:
- Return from academic leave
- A student expelled for various reasons
Before signing this type of agreement, it is necessary to coordinate the application for reinstatement or transfer with the following departments of the university.
Russian Citizens
Dean’s office of the receiving faculty (in case of transfer within RUDN University — also agreement of the dean's office of the current faculty)
- Students and Residents Records Department (UUSiO) (Miklukho-Maklaya st., 6, room 220.)
Foreign Citizens
Dean’s office of the receiving faculty (in case of transfer within RUDN University — also agreement of the dean's office of the current faculty)
- Students and Residents Records Department (UUSiO) (Miklukho-Maklaya st., 6, room 220.)
- Department of Recruiting and Support (Miklukho-Maklaya st., 10/2)
- Student Accommodation Department (Miklukho-Maklaya st., 6, MFC RUDN)
- Specialists of migration department (Miklukho-Maklaya st., 6, MFC RUDN)
Required documents
- Passport
- Passport of the legal representative (for minors)
- Application for reinstatement/transfer, signed by the faculty and the Department of Education

How to request this service?
STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser .
STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).
STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Contract Signing”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Admission Contract Order for Re-Entry/Transfer within the RUDN University”.
STEP 4
Make an appointment to MFC in RUDN mobile app.
STEP 5
Submit all originals an any additional documents in person.
STEP 6
Sign an admission contract and make a payment.
A scanned copy of the application for reinstatement or transfer must be submitted to the faculty dean’s office.
