Archival Certificate of Employment

Archival Certificate of Employment

Archival Certificate of Employment confirms the fact of employment at the university before 2015 (from 2015 onwards, you need to order a certificate of employment). The document contains information about the place, period of work, and position held.

In what form is the certificate provided

The certificate is provided in two versions — electronic (signed with a digital signature) and paper. The electronic certificate, signed with a digital signature, is sent to your personal account and email. In this case, visiting the RUDN MFC is not required. By law, an electronic certificate is equivalent to a paper one if you send it electronically. A printed electronic certificate has no legal force.

A paper certificate is needed if the requesting authority does not accept the electronic format. It can be ordered through your personal account at . The paper document must be collected in person at the RUDN MFC by prior appointment.

Required documents:

  • Passport

Processing time is 30 business days.
