Certificate of the Amount of Stipend and All Additional Funds (Form â„–2)
The certificate confirms the transfer of scholarship funds and other charges for the specified period. It contains information about the student’s name, faculty, course, and mode of study.
Note! All income is listed as a total amount, without dividing it into separate categories, except for social scholarships. If you want to account for a social scholarship, please request a separate certificate detailing the amount of your scholarship and other charges, presented in table format.
If there were no charges incurred, the semester fee is indicated, and the scholarship section states that there were no charges (for contractual students).
The certificate is issued to both current students and alumni of the university to confirm the scholarship payment amount and other forms of assistance.
In what form is the certificate provided
The certificate is provided in two versions — electronic (signed with a digital signature) and paper. The electronic certificate, signed with a digital signature, is sent to your personal account and email. In this case, visiting the RUDN MFC is not required. By law, an electronic certificate is equivalent to a paper one if you send it electronically. A printed electronic certificate has no legal force.
A paper certificate is needed if the requesting authority does not accept the electronic format. It can be ordered through your personal account at . The paper document must be collected in person at the RUDN MFC by prior appointment.
