Certified Copy of the Tuition Contract in Case of Loss of the Original
This document is a certified duplicate of the tuition contract, given in case the original contract was lost.
This is a paid service the cost is 1 525 rubles.
If you enter into an electronic offer agreement with a digital signature, you can obtain a certified copy of the document from the RUDN University Multifunctional Center, or request a scanned copy by email at mfc@rudn.ru. This service is free of charge.

- Passport
Service duration – 10 business days (taking into account the deadline for receiving payment for the registration of a duplicate of the training agreement).
How to request this document?
STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser .
STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).
STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Copies of Documents”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Certified Copy of the Tuition Contract in Case of Loss of the Original”.
STEP 4
Select the required contract.
STEP 5
The invoice can be found in the personal account and mobile application of the student. You can pay it simply by scanning the QR code. It takes up to 3 business days for the payment to be processed. The document can be found in the form of a PDF file in the personal account or the mobile app.
STEP 6
Send the request.
A notification will be sent once the document is ready for pick-up, in order to take an appointment at the RUDN MFC.
You can pick up the certificate personally, or through a representative with a Notarized Power of Attorney. The person must provide a passport at pick-up (Rector's Order 鈩� 197 dated March 24, 2021).
