This service is provided if errors occur on the mos.ru portal when applying for a Muscovite Social Card for full-time students.
Required documents:
- Passport
- SNILS
- Notarized translation of Passport or other Identity document
- Screenshot of an error message from mos.ru
Service duration – 7 business days.
How to get the service?
STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser .
STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).
STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Consultation and Change of Data”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Electronic application for inclusion in the student register for the issuance of a social card”.
STEP 4
Fill in the required fields.
STEP 5
Attach scanned documents.
STEP 6
Submit an application for the service.
