Preliminary Agreement
If the applicant is under 18, a legal representative is required. IMPORTANT! A preliminary agreement allows applicants to lock in the current tuition fees before graduation (excluding any increases due to inflation) in accordance with the order in effect at the time the agreement is signed, and to receive a personal tuition advisor.
Payments under the preliminary agreement are applied toward the tuition fees under the main agreement. Upon admission to a state-funded program or another university, the preliminary agreement is terminated and a full refund is provided within 21 calendar days.
IMPORTANT! A preliminary agreement does not lock in a place for the applicant; the same competition is conducted based on points.
Tuition can be paid per semester or per year.
Payment can ONLY be made from out-of-pocket funds – it is not possible to pay for a preliminary agreement with an educational loan or maternity capital funds.

How to request this service?
STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser .
STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).
STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Contract Signing”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Preliminary Agreement”.
STEP 4
Select your faculty, level of education, mode of study, and major.
STEP 5
Submit a service request.
STEP 6
Sign the Preliminary Agreement in the “Contract and Payment” section and pay via electronic invoice (a link to the agreement will be sent to the email address specified during advanced registration). Payment will be received within 5 business days.
