International scientific seminar 鈥淓nvironment & Forestry: Modern studies for sustainable development鈥�

Within the framework of international cooperation with universities of the Federative Republic of Brazil, an international scientific seminar "Environment & Forestry: Modern studies for sustainable development" will be held on 18 March 2024 at 16:00 Moscow time.
The seminar will be attended by leading Russian and foreign scientists from such universities as the University of Santa Maria, Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Russian State Agrarian University - MAA named after K.A. Timiryazev and RUDN.
Questions centered on the following important areas will be addressed:
- Water Resources Management
- Carbon Capture, Storage and Utilization
- Carbon neutrality
- Circular Economy and Integrated Waste Management
- Agroecology
- Forest management (and more)
The research seminar will help to establish and strengthen academic ties and create a dialogue platform for sharing state-of-the-art approaches and developments in the field of environment and sustainable development.
