April 23-24, International research and practice conference 鈥淚 Firsova鈥檚 readings. Such scientist of world-wide reputation as Guzman Tirado R., Doctor of Philological Sciences, Slavic department professor of the University of Granada (Granada, Spain), Elenevskaya M.N., Doctor of Philological Sciences, Humanitarian sciences faculty professor of the Technion 鈥� Israel Institute of Technology (Haifa, Israel), Chelysheva I.I., chief research worker and head of the Department of Indo-European languages in Russian Academy of Sciences made reports at the conference. Present cross-cultural communication problems鈥� was organized for the purpose of discussing latest developments in linguistics, cross-cultural communication, contrastive linguistics, sociolinguistic investigations and methods of language teaching.
