RUDN Professor speaks about the impact of exogenous shocks on financing innovative projects at an international conference in Poland
The expert described the study of investors' behavior under the influence of exogenous shocks, i.e. such changes in the international economy, which do not depend on the country's economic policy. "On the example of the Russian practice of implementing innovative projects, we have calculated how changing the level of world prices for major exported or imported goods can influence the investors’ behavior," noted the professor.
The event was held on the basis of Wroclaw University of Technology and brought together participants from France, the Netherlands, Russia, Finland, Poland and the United States.
Sergey Ivanov, a scholar from St. Petersburg, has been named the first winner of RUDN University’s International Prize for Scientific Achievements in Mathematics, worth 5 million rubles.
